개요

• 국내 성인 중증천식 레지스트리 (Korean Severe Asthma Registry; KoSAR)는 중증천식 환자대상 장기 추적 관찰을 통해 건강예후를 조사하고 데이터를 수집하여 중증천식 관리 및 치료기술 개선 방안을 제시하고자 수행하는 레지스트리입니다.

추진 경과

• 전국 41개 병원 및 학회, 호흡기알레르기 전문가로 구성된 중증천식 다기관 네트워크를 구성하여 2022년부터 현재까지 만 19세 이상 중증천식 환자 약 658명을 등록 및 추적관찰을 진행하고 있습니다.
  
• 중증천식 레지스트리에서는 흉부CT를 이용한 영상학적 특성 규명, 중증천식의 표현형, 면역학적 특성 및 약물치료에 대한 반응 등 임상경과와 예후분석을 통해 중증천식 관리 및 치료기술 개선 방안을 평가하고 있습니다.

주요 성과

• 중증천식 레지스트리에서 수집한 자료를 활용하여 투약에 따른 치료효과 분석, 코로나-19 감염과 천식 발생 연관성, 천식 사망률과 신체활동 분석 등의 논문을 발표하였습니다.
