개요

• 폐고혈압 코호트는 폐고혈압 환자 기초자료 수집을 통하여 폐고혈압 발병 메커니즘을 규명하고, 신규 치료 표적 물질을 발굴하기 위해 2018년부터 진행 중인 사업입니다.

추진 경과

• 2018년부터 폐고혈압 환자 1, 2, 3군을 대상으로 모집하여 총 318명의 참여자를 모집하고 있습니다.
  • (‘18~‘20) 기반 및 추적조사 (17개 병원, 폐고혈압 1군 102명 환자 모집)
  • (‘21~‘23) 기반 및 추적조사 (23개 병원, 폐고혈압 1, 2군 216명 환자 모집)
  • (‘24~‘26) 기반 및 추적조사 (25개 병원, 폐고혈압 1, 2, 3군 200명 모집 목표)
