개요

• 소아천식 코호트 (Korean childhood Asthma Study;KAS)는 국내 소아천식의 원인 및 표현형 분류, 질병 양상(관해 및 지속)에 영향을 주는 요인을 규명하고자 수행하는 코호트 입니다.

추진 경과

• 소아천식의 다양한 군을 고려하여 코호트 및 추적체계를 마련하고 2016년도부터 2018년도 까지 5-15세 소아천식 환자 약 1000명을 모집하였으며 2019년도부터 자연경과에 따른 천식의 변화를 반영한 국내 소아천식 특성조사 (관해·악화 빈도, 중증도 변화, 성인천식으로의 이행률 등)를 진행 중입니다.
  

주요 성과

• 소아천식 코호트에서 수집한 자료를 활용하여 국가자료 연계분석, 국내 소아천식 아형분류, 아형에 따른 질환 자연경과, 소아천식 관해인자 등  2024년 12월 까지 SCI급 논문 16건이 발표되었습니다.
