개요

• ‘임신합병증 레지스트리(Korean Pregnancy Outcome Study, KPOS)’는 국내 임산부의 임신 관련 합병증의 발생률 파악 및 관련 위험인자를 발굴하기 위한 전향적 임상연구입니다.

추진 경과

• 2013년부터 2017년까지 약 4,000명의 임산부를 등록하여, 임신 초기·중기·말기·출산 후 추적관찰을 하였습니다. 설문조사를 통해 인구학적 특성, 흡연 및 음주, 보조제 복용력, 질병력, 가족력, 과거 임신 및 분만력, 현재 임신정보, 신체활동, 스트레스, 우울 및 불안, 삶의 질, 식생활 습관 등을 수집하고 혈액 등 생체자원을 수집하였습니다.
