개요

• ‘갱년기 여성건강 코호트’는 국내 중장년층 여성을 대상으로 폐경 단계 변화에 따른 시계열적 신체 및 정신건강 상태의 위험요인을 규명하기 위한 전향적 코호트 연구입니다.

추진 경과

• 2014~2018년에 만 42∼52세의 폐경 전 및 폐경 이행 전기 여성 약 5,000명을 대상으로 기반조사를 완료하였으며, 현재까지 추적조사를 수행하고 있습니다. 수집항목은 인구학적 특성, 생활습관, 질환력, 여성력, 폐경 증상 및 삶의 질에 관한 설문자료와 생체자원 및 골밀도, 유방촬영, 자궁경부 검사, 부인과 검사 등 여성특화 임상검사항목 등입니다.
