• 한국 HBV 코호트 연구는 ❶ 다기관 전향적 만성 B형 간염 치료 환자 코호트를 구축 ❷ 국내 임상 연구에 근거하여 개발된 진료 지침 보급 및 확산 기반 마련 ❸ 국내 B형 간염 환자의 임상 경과를 확인 ❹ 수집된 인체유래물을 이용한 연구, B형간염 간질환, 간암 이행의 위험인자 및 치료 효과 및 내성 발생 원인규명을 목표로 하는 사업입니다.

• (연구네트워크) 총 5개 참여기관
• (연구대상자) 만성 B형 간염 치료환자

  • * `15년 이후 3,219명 등록 및 2,800명 유지

• (조사서) 6개월 주기로 코호트 참여자를 추적하여 수집된 임상・역학자료를 질병보건통합관리시스템에 저장
• (인체자원) 국립보건연구원 중앙저장실에 저장
